Divorce is becoming increasingly common nowadays. Earlier, divorces were very rare and were usually in cases where something terribly wrong was going on, like domestic/physical violence. Now, if you feel you no longer really enjoy living with your spouse anymore, just because you don’t seem to get along well, you can get divorced. Somewhere down the line, the sanctity of marriage is lost.
Earlier, women were victims of domestic violence and were helpless victims watching even their children getting beaten up. Organizations were formed for women living in such conditions to protect them. Soon, many of these organizations developed into feminist groups. The rules that were once made for protecting ‘helpless’ women are now being used for their advantage against men.
Women nowadays are very ruthless in everything. They now dominate in all domains. Politics, corporate ladder, you name it, they are there. It is good that they are coming up as they have come a long way to get here. But, most women are using this to their advantage against poor helpless men.
Helpless Fathers
When a woman files for a divorce, it is always assumed that the man either keeps beating his wife and children up or he is a womanizer. Times have changed now. There are many instances where the wife beats up her husband and children. Gone are the days when mothers used to sacrifice everything for her children. “Mothers” these days abuse their children, snatch them away from their fathers and threaten children with dire consequences if they dare to ask for him.
The helpless, loving father has to pay every single penny he earns as alimony and child support. On top of all this, he isn’t allowed to visit his children or have anything to do with them. Gone are the days when fathers never got involved in child rearing. Lots of men these days help as much as they can in everything that they can help in. What do they get for all this?
They are sued by their wives for alimonies and child - support that they can’t afford. They are slowly denied rights to visit and see their children also. There was a man who paid his child support regularly, but wasn’t allowed to see his son at all. When he went to court to be allowed visitation rights, his wife threatened to harm their son. Poor father! He loved his son more and stopped pursuing for rights fearing what harm might befall his son.
Mother - The Best Parent
True, this was how it was earlier. Women these days with the help of feminist groups literally rape men financially and emotionally. First, the reason for filing for divorce is a lie. There are cases when the woman files a case saying that her husband beat her and the children, when what actually happened was vice versa. Even though there are people to say that the man didn’t do it, he gets arrested and his life is miserable.
There is domestic violence these days, but of a different kind. These days, women beat their husbands and children for no reason. Not only do they get away with it, they also manage to brand their husbands as the bad man and get him imprisoned and make him an emotional wreck.
Usually, women get child custody and the men are sued if they don’t pay child-support on time. In case the man gets custody of the child, the woman isn’t forced to pay any child-support no matter how much she earns. These days, the woman usually earns more than the man.
The judges are really biased when it comes to all this. When the woman is accused of all that she has done, she is just let off. The man isn’t so lucky. He usually ends up getting accused for things that he hasn’t done and punished for the same too.
There is a case where a mother put her son in a mental institution because he kept asking for his father. She didn’t take him out until he stopped asking for him. What a mother!
Children
Children these days really suffer under their mothers. The above said cases of children being tortured when asking for their father is heart-rending. Can a mother, who gave birth to the child, be so ruthless and hard-hearted? There is also another incident where a mother kept torturing her son telling him that children were ruining marriages until the poor child took to drinking, drugs and became a college drop-out.
Women these days need to realize that rules were made to protect them and not for them to take advantage of poor helpless men and children. It is time that the judges stopped passing verdicts that support women inspite of knowing that they are wrong. There need to be organizations now to protect the rights of men and children.
