Peter is a member of the Law Society and has over 11 years experience in Matrimonial Law. Over the years Peter has also gained an enormous amount of experience in complex divorces, including overseas cases, issues over service, and defending cases through cross petitions. Other areas of law in which he has specialised includes Financial Applications within the divorce and issues relating to the custody of children. Peter was one of the very first UK solicitors to deal with divorce cases through the medium of the internet. He therefore probably has more experience of providing a comprehensive and professional service over he Internet than any other Family Law expert in the country. Peter has been used by BSKYB television for his expert knowledge of Family Law to explain complicated legal issues to the public.

Clive is a long established member of the Law Society and has been a solicitor practicing law for a quarter of a century and has Rights of Audience in the Higher Courts. Aiswarya has a BL/LLB Law (Hons) from Kerala University, India and over 5 years experience of Litigation, including Legal Affairs, Practicing as Advocate and drafting Legal Documentation. She is currently studying part-time for a Masters in Law (MBL). Aiswarya has represented clients in High Court, Civil Courts, Criminal Courts and Labour Court, preparing Case Papers for Citations of various legal proceedings, including: Appeals, Plaints, Written Statements, Rejoinders, Affidavits, and Written Arguments etc.

Satish Katihalli LLB

Satish is from Bangalore, India where he studied BL/LLB Law (Hons) at the University of Mysore. Satish now has over 3 years of practical experience as a legal practitioner and Advocate. Rajkumari is from Chennai, India. She has degrees in Law, the Arts and Human Resource Management all from Pondichery University, Southern India.
