Quickie Divorce is regularly asked this question by prospective customers. The answer, in short, is yes.

As we always endeavour to meet our customers’ needs, we are happy for you to pay a deposit up front and pay off your remaining balance at set times in the coming months. Unfortunately, however, there is very little that we can do with regards to the court’s fees and, whilst you may find that you are entitled to either have this fee discounted or possibly not even need to pay it at all, any monies that you will be required to pay to the court will need to be paid, in full, when you file your application with the court.
